About Me

I’m Jade, a former CS major/music minor at UC Berkeley. During my time at Berkeley, I also worked as a TA in the Berkeley EECS department. This site is my personal website, and I wrote all of the content and designed a lot of the pages using my own code.

I currently work as a software engineer at Intuit. I’ve previously interned at a few companies, primarily working in full stack development. Available on this site are summaries of some of my projects and internship work, which you can see more about on the Projects page.

I’m also very passionate about teaching and supporting students who start their CS education in college (like I did!) I’ve spent the three years working as a tutor and TA for Berkeley’s introductory CS class (CS 61A) and was also a head TA for Computer Graphics (CS 184). On this site, you’ll find all of the resources I’ve developed for CS 61A students. When I was in the class in 2017, I was constantly searching for extra resources to help me, so after I finished the class, I started designing a set of guides and practice problems for current students to help prepare them for exams and assignments.

You can also take a look at my resume or my LinkedIn if you want to see what else I’ve been up to :)
